• For you to make an order from Pure Spa, we need to have your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, it's expiry date and your billing address (if this is different from your delivery address). This information makes it possible for us to process and fulfil your order.
• We ask for a contact telephone number when you order. This allows us to contact you urgently if your order is delayed in some way.
• Purchases will appear on your card statement as "Pure Spa Windsor"

General site use
• Occasionally, we provide competitions and incentivised promotions. In these cases we may again ask for your name, physical address and e-mail address, for the purpose of notifying winners and administering promotional activity.
• If you choose to sign-up to the Pure Spa customer newsletter, your name and e-mail address will be used to dispatch this information to you.
• Occasionally we may use your contact details to notify you of important Website developments, new Pure Spa services and special offers we think you will find valuable.
