Contract Formation
All orders made by you through this web site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. We also have the right to stop an order at any point up to dispatch, any orders that are stopped that have been paid for are of course fully refundable where appropriate.

Product Pricing & Descriptions
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We will inform you of a price change if you have made an order, to allow you to opt out of the order, or any part of an order. Sometimes products are not correct in there descriptive terms due to changes made by manufacture or suppliers, we will review any queries where a product was listed incorrectly, that if it caused you the customer to purchase a product you can not use. Minor issues in description will not be accepted for return. If we list a wrong or slightly different image to the product you receive this also does not warrant a return. Images and descriptions are for guide reasons only. But we will look at any query seriously and where we feel something could be resolved we will do all we can.

For the avoidance of doubt, a contract will not exist between you and us for the sale of any product unless and until we send you an e-mail confirming that we have dispatched your product. This notification comes after notice that the dispatch process has started but is not "dispatch process has started" notification.
